Change in the management of GC Graphic Consult

Looking to the future
For more than 55 years, GC Graphic Consult has been regarded as the most renowned consulting firm for the printing and packaging industry in the German-speaking world. For the last 33 and 26 years, respectively, brothers Peter and Dr. Wolfgang Jeschke have steered the fortunes of the company. Now the time has come for Peter Jeschke to pass on the baton.
"I am extremely grateful for this wonderful and successful time in a very dynamic and demanding industry environment. To ensure that we can continue to maintain our high quality standards in consulting in the future, I began actively planning my succession around 12 months ago. The most important thing for me was to find someone who would bring new impetus to the market while ensuring continuity for our employees and customers. I am therefore delighted to have found a successor in Oliver Cynamon who fulfils these requirements," says Peter Jeschke.
Oliver Cynamon studied business administration and worked as a consultant at GC Graphic Consult from 1999 to 2005 before spending almost 20 years as a managing director in various companies in the printing and media industry and 3D printing. "I am extremely pleased and happy to return to my old workplace after so many years and to be able to lead the company into the future together with Wolfgang Jeschke from 1 January 2025. With our team of experienced experts, we will continue to be fully committed to the success of our clients in our consulting mandates and remain a significant driving force in our industries. In this context, I am very pleased that Peter Jeschke will remain associated with GC as a freelance consultant," says Oliver Cynamon.
In this new constellation, GC Graphic Consult will expand its consulting services to include new areas of expertise, further develop its personnel recruitment activities and drive forward internationalisation within the EU. "We see major challenges and opportunities for our industry and therefore want to provide our clients with the most comprehensive advice and support possible," says Wolfgang Jeschke.
