The leading consulting firm for the printing, media and packaging industry is becoming part of the Koenig & Bauer Group. The acquisition expands Koenig & Bauer's portfolio with valuable consulting expertise. GC Graphic Consult will remain an independent company and retain its operational independence.
Unterschleißheim, 21 March 2025 – GC Graphic Consult announces that Koenig & Bauer, the world's leading provider of complete solutions for the printing industry, has acquired a majority stake in the company. GC Graphic Consult has specialised in the printing, media and packaging industry for over 55 years and offers consulting services in the areas of strategy, organisation, personnel recruitment, M&A, processes, technology and marketing.
With this acquisition, Koenig & Bauer is expanding its portfolio with valuable consulting expertise and strengthening its position as a comprehensive solution provider for the industry. GC Graphic Consult will continue to operate as an independent company and serve its customers with its proven independence and expertise.

To ensure the operational independence of GC Graphic Consult, a code of conduct for cooperation between Koenig & Bauer and GC has been developed. This regulates the interaction between the two companies and ensures that synergies are only exploited if it is in the customer's interest and expressly requested by them.
